Employment contract : Unlimited as per company policy
Probationary Period : Six (6) month probation period.
Accommodation : Sharing room, sharing accommodation provided
( as per the contract )
Duty Meals : Duty meals provided in the employee’s restaurant
Shuttle service : Provided ( from accommodation to working site/ vice versa)
Uniform and Laundry services : Provided ( as per contract ) / laundry services for uniforms only
Medical Services : Provided (covered in Government hospital & clinics)
Residence Permit : Provided by the Company
Working Hours : Eight (8) hours per day + (1) hour break / 6 days a week
Overtime : As per Qatar Labor Law
Vacation leave : 21 days per year as per Qatar Labor Law
Air Ticket : Once every 24 months /vacation
Life Insurance : Provided by the Company
Joining Ticket : Provided by the Company
Gratuity : 21 days per year as per Qatar Labor Law

Taking orders: Accurately recording food and beverage orders and communicating them to the kitchen.
Serving food and drinks: Delivering orders to the correct tables in a timely and efficient manner.
Providing excellent customer service: Addressing customer needs and requests, answering questions about the menu, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Handling payments: Processing cash and card transactions accurately.
Maintaining the dining area: Ensuring tables are clean and tidy, restocking supplies, and assisting with general upkeep.
Upselling and promoting the menu: Suggesting items, specials, or beverages to enhance the customer's experience and increase sales.
Working as part of a team: Collaborating with other staff members, including chefs, bartenders, and other servers, to ensure smooth service.
Following hygiene and safety standards: Adhering to established guidelines for food handling and workplace safety.
