An opportunity has arisen for a Patry Head Chef position to join our Kitchen Department in
Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
• Organize and set up the pastry section, ensuring efficient dish preparation, quality
control, and inventory management.
• Maintain consistent dish preparation, adhere to standard recipes, and manage food
costs while minimizing waste.
• Assist across kitchen sections as needed, provide guidance and demonstrate production
methods to pastry team members.
• Oversee store orders, daily inventory, proper stock rotation, and ensure food safety
standards are met.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, maintain cleanliness in all areas, and contribute to
new product development and production planning.
